Free Standard Shipping Offer
We are pleased to offer free standard domestic shipping (continental U.S. only) on online orders that meet the following minimum purchase requirements:
- Bridal gowns: $1,249 or more
- Formal dresses (Mother of the Bride/Groom, Prom, Special Occasion): $499 or more
This offer applies to online purchases only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Shipping & Delivery
- All online orders ship via UPS Ground.
- Orders that do not meet the free-shipping minimum are subject to the following shipping fees:
- Bridal gowns: $50
- All other dresses: $35
- In-stock items in the selected color and size will ship within 2 business days of order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time for in-stock items is 7–10 business days from the order date.
- Customers who place orders online must inspect their merchandise within three (3) calendar days of delivery. Any manufacturer defect or issue must be reported to Dress 2 Impress in writing within this inspection period. Failure to report an issue within the three-day window constitutes acceptance of the merchandise in its delivered condition. Dress 2 Impress shall not be liable for defects, damages, or discrepancies reported after this period.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Product Availability Chart listed on each product page before placing an order.
The chart clearly indicates which style, color, and size combinations are:
- In stock at our Linwood, NJ location
- In stock at our Cherry Hill, NJ location
- In stock at the warehouse, marked as Online Only
- Available at a later date, with timing clearly noted
Availability is shown in real time and helps ensure accurate order fulfillment.
