Due to the custom and special-order nature of bridal and formal merchandise, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled. All sales are final. This policy applies to all purchases, including bridal gowns, formal dresses, prom dresses, accessories, in-stock and special-order items, and follows standard practices within the bridal and special occasion apparel industry.
Customers must review the specific size chart provided by each designer on the product page prior to ordering. Accurate bust, waist, and hip measurements must be taken before placing an order. Please note that formal gown sizing differs from everyday clothing sizes and often runs smaller. For online orders, size selection and fit are the sole responsibility of the customer. Dress 2 Impress is not responsible for sizing errors, fit issues, or measurement inaccuracies. Orders placed with an incorrect size are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Customers who place orders online must inspect their merchandise within three (3) calendar days of delivery. Any manufacturer defect or issue must be reported to Dress 2 Impress in writing within this inspection period. Failure to report an issue within the three-day window constitutes acceptance of the merchandise in its delivered condition. Dress 2 Impress shall not be liable for defects, damages, or discrepancies reported after this period.
