Dear Customers, 

Due to the number of canceled and rescheduled events during COVID-19, we are experiencing an extreme amount of requests for alterations. The 2020/2021 pandemic situation has put us in a challenging position, from having three employees in our alterations department down to one seamstress and only working part-time. 

In the past couple of months, we have made numerous attempts to recruit and hire replacements, so far and unfortunately unsuccessful. Based on the current situation, we are forced to suspend any alterations services going forward. We encourage everyone to seek local seamstress early on and at least 3 to 4 months before your event. 

• If your dress is already in the process of being alerted, we will complete it timely.

• If you have a scheduled alterations appointment, we will do our best to assist you; however, it would depend on the effort needed to complete. Our seamstress will advise you during your first fitting.

• No new alterations appointments are available and will not be scheduled until further notice. 

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. As you know, this pandemic situation has been unforeseen and well outside of our control.
